Hi!
I'm Julia Rajnak, a Service Designer from Geneva freshly graduated from a 2-year Master’s in Service Design at the Royal College of Art (RCA) in London. My practice involves using research and design methods to envisage and enable a holistic and seamless user experience, with the aim to create value for the user and all stakeholders involved in a service. I'm passionate about the power of design, strategy, branding, animation and storytelling in making a difference. At the RCA, I've grown fascinated by systems thinking, value networks, design management and sustainability.
I would be thrilled about a possibility of contributing with fresh perspectives for future user experiences as a transdisciplinary designer with grit. Thank you!
